  It has been a while since our move and while we are very happy with our original experience with Stonebridge, i felt the need to give an update review. The Stonebriar team moved our furniture and belongings to a barn on our property while we built our house. We wound up not using several pieces of furniture until recently.. After 4 years of sitting in my barn I finally unwrapped some of the furniture you all moved for me... it was in the exact same condition as when you wrapped and moved it... didn't even have to dust it! That tells.you what a quality job they do. I highly recommend them for any residential or commercial moving needs.

  First let me start off by saying the owner of the company is easy to get a hold of and prices are reasonable. However, let’s get down to the real reason of this one star review. Two guys showed up and first impressions are everything. They arrived late, not in a truck as advertised in the picture and I asked them to wear a mask because of COVID-19. After 5 minutes no masks were to be found. The owner assured me his guys are professional and work fast. I don’t know if I got the short end of the stick but I got the two slowest guys. One of them even moved ONE box with a dolly. Mind you I live on the 4th floor in my old apartment. So it took him 5 minutes to take ONE box. Once we finished packing up, and moved my stuff one block away the driver got lost. How do you get lost driving a block? Lastly unpacking wasn’t too bad until I hit my boiling point earlier tonight. They did not reassemble my bed properly and I had to whip out my tools and put it together myself. First impressions and top notch customer service is required in today’s market. The owners customer service was there, the first impression and service was subpar. Approach with caution because when I saw a 5 star review I thought I was getting the best....I was mistaken.

  Paul's crew was punctual and extremely kind and careful with my things. They come highly recommended great price, fast friendly service and quality workers.
