This company moved my parents from one assisted living apartment to another and it was a disaster. They lost several items and damaged a dresser during the move. The worst part was the 'claims process.' They gave us a form to fill out, and we spent an entire month tracking down receipts and replacement costs for everything they lost or broke. We submitted a detailed claim for over $1500 in losses. After all that work, they sent my elderly parents a check for a measly $132. Their excuse? They claimed my parents didn't purchase 'additional insurance'—an option that was never even offered to them in the first place. It feels like seniors are being targeted, with the company hiding behind fine print to avoid taking responsibility for their own mistakes. Do not trust this company with a loved one's belongings. The experience was unprofessional and dishonest. UPDATE: It appears from their response they now think I needed to be there from Kentucky. YOU LOST 3 FULL BOXES. ONE OF WHICH WAS A BRAND NEW SLOW COOKER STILL IN ITS ORIGINAL BOX. We know the stuff came off the truck as you had to deliver a step ladder you later "found" in your warehouse. You took no responsibility for losing their stuff. I shouldn't have to be there to help you do your job right.

The day of my move, they showed up on time, had everything packed up so fast that I was amazed. The movers were so kind and courteous when placing my furniture at my direction in my new residence and again so quick. I can highly recommend this company for any type of move to anywhere!
