  The movers who unloaded my truck were professional and completed the work satisfactorily. After the job was finished, I provided the U-Haul payment code and left, believing the transaction was complete. Later, “Thomas” called and stated that I needed to complete a survey and click “Submit” before payment could be processed. This contradicted my prior experience using Moving Help in Michigan and information I received from U-Haul that the payment code alone authorizes payment. I felt this was an attempt to pressure me into providing a positive review. When I questioned the accuracy of his statement, Thomas became dismissive and acted as though we had a bad phone connection rather than addressing my concerns. The entire conversation came across as rude, pushy, and unprofessional. While the movers themselves did an acceptable job, the post-move interaction left a very negative impression and significantly reduced my overall satisfaction with this provider.

  Swamp Rabbit sent Averick, Carlos, Ben T. and Carlos to our home on November 7, 2025, these gentleman make up an amazing team with Averick's leadership. They were polite and respectful to all of us. They took measures to protect our hardwood floors and carpets. Larger items they wrapped with expertise to ensure no damage. Hour home was 2,800 sq ft with 2nd floor on-suit. All items were placed in Swamp Rabbit storage until our new home was ready for occupancy. On November 14th 2025 Averick along with Phililip, Justine B and Antonio delivered all items to our new home. They worked efficiently and again were professional as they placed all items in rooms and reassembled some items. Maverick is a great supervisor. Both times he phoned with total travel and cost. There were no surprises with cost v estimate. I highly recommend Swamp Rabbit Movers

  Tomas and Eric was very careful with handling my furnitures, they are very prompt and very efficient. They were able to finish the task in under 3 hours! So that really helped me save time and money. Tomas was very accommodating and helpful in answering all my questions before I made my decision to book them! I highly recommend Move With Ease for your moving plans! Will definitely book them again in the future!
