- DVDawn VJun 2, 20265.0On my son's wedding day, we found out the hotel we stayed in did not offer shuttles to his wedding venue, even though we were told they did. At 1:30 pm, I called Andy, who was super friendly, and by 3:30 the driver was at the hotel to start pickups. I am sorry I don't remember her name but she was sweet, patient and very professional. The same with our driver back to the hotel that night. He was the nicest guy with the coolest beard!!! They all really saved the day for my family. Would 1000% recommend using them for your special day!!! Thank so much Andy and team!!!!

We have hours listed; however, we are a true 24/7, customer service-oriented business. Whether you are booking for the next day or next month, you can call us at anytime.
When/where do you pick up from?
We offer full door-to-door service and pick up from anywhere and at any hour.
What is your payment process like?
We accept all credit cards, checks, and cash. We are very flexible and would be glad to work with you around your specific circumstances. With that being said, we almost always charge after trip completion. The only time we charge ahead of time is for weddings. In this case, we ask for payment a month in advance of your celebration. For hourly charters and rentals, we take a $100 non-refundable deposit before the trip, then charge the remaining balance after the trip. For airport transfers, we charge the whole amount after trip completion.
What if I want to come to your office?
Our office is a functional space that allows us to serve you 24/7. We’d love for you to visit – whether you’d like to see your vehicle, make a reservation, or pick something up that was left behind from a trip. We’re accommodating and flexible, and truthfully, for special events, recommend going the extra mile to meet with us to ensure we perform our service up to your standards.
Are car seats provided or should we bring our own?
We have car seats for all ages and booster seats, you can 100% bring your own, and rest assured, we safely store car seats at our office until your return!
Can I drink alcohol inside the vehicle?
Our limo buses and stretch limousines have built-in coolers and cup holders that make it easier to accommodate alcoholic beverages. We only provide soda, water, and snacks in those vehicles.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you let us know 24 or more hours before your trip that you’re canceling, there’s no fee or charge. If it is the day of your trip, we charge a $30 fee and if it is within 3 hours of your trip occurring, we usually charge full price. Please just communicate with us and there shouldn’t be any problems.
