    I secured Adam’s Moving and Hauling to move my whole house from Skippack, Pennsylvania, to Schwenksville, Pennsylvania two weeks ago. Their price was fair and communication to schedule was good. The Crew of 3 arrived in the window of time as scheduled and finished in less time than estimated, so they were all tipped nicely. Unfortunately, I found that my new home was damaged in the moving process to include a deep gouge out of a bedroom wall, and several chips out of my hardwood floor. When I reached out to Kevin (my point of contact from the start) he indicated that he needed photos of the damage and a form filled out to resolve the issue. I completed both of these items last week and Kevin said he would be in touch. I have not heard back from Kevin on the resolution despite contacting him on at least two occasions since. Therefore, I have to leave this mixed review. Your move will likely be completed in a timely manner at an “affordable” price, but affordable is a term used lightly considering that when your home is damaged in the process, you will not be compensated for that damage. This morning - 5/14/26 - Kevin, who did not have the decency to send a reply to an email on the 12th and the 13th just asking for a status on the resolution to the damage, offered me a $45 “adjustment” to offset the damage caused to my home. I would much have preferred the company to pay for someone to come here and make the repairs, but that request was not granted. I would encourage Kevin to take that $45 and enroll in a course to improve his customer service skills to be more courteous and professional with customers, as his correspondence today was both rude and unprofessional.

    This is the 2nd time that we used Adam’s moving services and it was another great experience! They are efficient and respectful and always go the extra mile to make sure we have everything we need where we need it.

    We had an outstanding experience with Adam's Moving Services. Our move involved a very old three-story home with extremely narrow, steep staircases—far from an easy job—but the three movers handled it with impressive efficiency and care. We especially want to recognize their lead foreman, Andrew, along with Michael and Pedro. Their teamwork, professionalism, and positive attitude stood out from start to finish. They were exceptionally careful with our fragile items and skillfully navigated large furniture through challenging spaces without a single issue. What impressed us most was their willingness to go above and beyond, all while maintaining a calm, can-do approach. The final cost came in only slightly above the estimate, which felt entirely fair given the complexity of the job. After more than a dozen moves over the years, this was hands down our best experience. Highly recommend! THANK YOU!!!

    We had a great experience with Adam’s Moving & Hauling! We moved about 20 minutes from one 2-bed/2-bath to another, and the entire move was completed in just 3.5 hours, as estimated. They arrived promptly at 9 AM, and Alex & the team got right to work, wasting no time! They were incredibly efficient and took great care to wrap and protect all of our furniture. They were able to move all of the larger furniture pieces we had included in our inventory, and still had enough time to take almost everything else as well, which made the process so much easier for us. We ultimately chose them over other companies because they provided 3 movers instead of just 2, like most other quotes, and that third person truly made ALL the difference. Great pricing, excellent service, and a smooth experience from start to finish. Highly recommend!

    I am extremely disappointed with my experience. Our move had been scheduled for several weeks, as my 92-year-old grandparents were relocating to an assisted living community with very strict move-in dates and times. Just two days before the scheduled move, Adam’s informed us that they could no longer complete the job due to their truck needing service. This last-minute cancellation placed our family in a very difficult position, given the limited flexibility imposed by the community. What was particularly frustrating was the response we received. My mother—who is a widow and solely supports herself—was told she should simply reschedule and “take another day off work,” as if that were an easy or reasonable solution. This suggestion felt dismissive of our circumstances and the inconvenience caused by their cancellation. Additionally, the customer service throughout this interaction was poor. Rather than offering solutions or demonstrating accountability, the conversation ended with us being told, in effect, to find another company. Overall, the lack of reliability, professionalism, and empathy made this a very negative experience.
