  Our housing community hired Davis Water to power-wash out condos. A previous company came a couple years ago and did a poor job. They had to come back additional times to get the green algae off the end of my building, and the hard road dust on the front of our building didn’t look touched. So I didn’t have high hopes of this company doing much better. I was wrong. All our units look much brighter and cleaner. They brought in a water tanker so not needing to use our own water supply. They were very cautious with any outside outlets or video doorbells. They gave great instructions for us residents to do, to prevent messing up any personal items. The 2 days they were here, we were told they would arrive at 7, and 7:30, but they were a couple hours late, both days. Not sure where the problem was, could have been on our end…not sure. But I would highly recommend them for any power-washing needs.

  The woman was very helpful on the phone the delivery was quick and the delivery guy was awesome and helpful

  Called on Monday had us on their schedule for 7am the next morning. The lady was very polite and great to work with. The water truck was at our house at 6:55am. I highly recommend!!
