  Called on Monday had us on their schedule for 7am the next morning. The lady was very polite and great to work with. The water truck was at our house at 6:55am. I highly recommend!!

  I had water delivered last Monday, June 4, 2018. I took a week so I could gather my thoughts before contacting you. I was scheduled for between 7 am and 9 am. At 9:15, I called to see if there was an issue. I was placed on hold, then I was told they were going to call the driver. I waited over a half hour and no call back. So I called. I was told Barb just tried to call me, however, I was sitting with my phone in my hand. Anyway, I was told they truck had some mechanical issues and it was a rough morning getting things figured out. Now, I am not a stupid person, if the truck was having mechanical problems, they would have known that when I called in the very first time OR your establishment would have called me and told me the truck broke down and made other arrangements. Instead, I was lied to as I was missed being put on the delivery list. I would have rather been told I was accidently left off the list than lied to. The driver was very apologetic and was honest with what happened and I told him I figured that is what happened and I appreciated his honesty. Then I was told they would give me a discount for my inconvenience...I got a $10 discount that was the internet discount. Thankfully, I will not need my pool filled again next year and if by any chance I do, I will be finding someone else to do it. The dishonesty of the employees does not make a good business practice. Again like I said before, I would have preferred the honesty because mistakes happen.
