I had the pleasure of using Town & Country moving to move from Westchester to Millsboro Delaware. Bernie and Levi were so professional and efficient and very, very caring of some of my precious pieces of furniture. I could not be happier with them and I highly recommend selling country for any moving experience.
Ryan and Brandon were absolutely amazing today!! They were prompt and so wiling to please us. They were efficient and worked so hard! We were very pleased. Both men were very careful with our belongings and couldn't do enough for us. They were extremely friendly, too!

The movers are great. They work fast and didn't hit any walls. Inventory everything and repeat when unloading. I loved the office and movers. I have no complaints. Do not recommend the insurance they offer. My 50 inch flat screen TV which was 15 months old was cracked when we turned it on in the new house. Insurance they offer had additional details stating not responsible for damage to function of electronics which I did not see. Either take all electronics in your car or get coverage from someone else that will cover it. The poor insurance is why I rated it a 4 start. Otherwise the movers I would give a 5 star.

T&C helped move us from our home in West Chester, PA into Philadelphia. The team of 7 showed up on time, was incredibly polite and professional and overall did a very good job. We would definitely use them again and highly recommend.

We used Town & Country 15 years ago for our first move when it was under different management. The current manager who came out gave us the impression it was a company with the same standards. Not true. Our move this past August was horrible. It started out ok and the movers seemed very nice. They even sent a 4th man (although it was confusing if we were paying for him since we were quoted 3 men). As the day went on, they had to make a second trip since the company didn't send a large enough truck, and my husband and I had to help them unload so that we didn't get charged extra as we were already going over the allotted time of our estimate.
In the end, they broke our desk, broke a full size bedframe, broke the hangers off a wall mirror, dented the washer, and chipped and dented more furniture than I can count. The dents in furniture look like they're from something else on top of it during the move,..like they didn't pad it well enough. As for the desk, yes it was particle board which is not insured or as sturdy. However, I happened to be watching as they put all the weight on two legs and dragged it on carpet. At that point, it broke apart. They didn't know I was watching as they then said an expletive and then began to laugh about it! The foreman came to me and explained that it's not covered because it's not real wood even though it was their poor efforts that broke it. As for the bedframe, I have no idea what they did to it. It was cracked and destroyed. The knicks and dents in the other furniture can't be repaired. When I called the office about the damages, the woman could've cared less and emailed me a claim form. The reimbursement I would've received wasn't worth my time to fill out the form so I decided to forgo the pennies they would've given me and take to Google to warn others instead.
