  Solid 5-stars for the move! I was not ready when they arrived, and I still had a few things lying around. Michael told me to take my time and worked around it instead of making it stressful.

  Go with Smooth Move People if you want people who actually listen to your instructions. I told them which boxes were for the attic, and they stacked them exactly where I pointed.

  This crew is exactly what you want when you have a big move. They helped me get all the gear from my recording studio into the new space . I was worried about the sound equipment and the heavy panels, but they stayed focused and kept everything secure during the drive. They didn't take any long breaks and just pushed through until the last crate was inside. It was a solid experience, and I'd hire them again.

  Moving a heavy piano is always a concern, but Smooth Move handled it with total ease. They brought the right equipment and worked together to ensure that no damage occurred to the instrument or the flooring.

  I hired Smooth Move People to help pack then move my belongings. The two men that showed up were professional and they were work horses. Unfortunately, they did not listen to me when we walked the house nor did they ask questions. I purchased moving blankets so some of my more expensive items would be well protected. The mover packed the box and NO items were wrapped with a blanket. Also, they did NOT pack my belonging -- they put them all in a large box - no paper or padding - and then wrapped the top of the box with the stretch wrap. My 70" TV was placed in the storage unit on the floor leaning against the wall - no protection. They also packed over half of my dump pile - now I have items that should have never been moved!! Because they did NOT took extra care for my belonging, I am left with a very frustrated feeling. They moved my belonging in 6 hours which was fast. So if you want fast service, don't care about your belonging be manhandled and possibly broken, then this company is for you. It's so sad since I had such wonderful conversations with the owners - Greg and his daughter. They are movers but they have no idea how to pack someones life into boxes.
