  I had to send my family member $285 through Walmart just so they could get their vehicle out of impound after it had been there for less than 24 hours. They didn’t have another vehicle, yet Norwood Wrecker Service refused to accept my payment over the phone and told me they only accepted cash. That makes no sense, especially when their website states they accept major credit cards. This cash-only requirement created an unnecessary burden. Instead of simply paying with my credit card, I had to find a Walmart, send money, and make my family member go pick it up before they could retrieve their vehicle. The whole process caused delays, extra stress, and needless inconvenience. If you accept credit cards, customers shouldn’t be told they’re “cash only.” At a minimum, your payment policies should be communicated clearly and consistently. My experience was frustrating and completely avoidable.

  We called 3 other wrecker services and could not get help. Called Norwood and they answered right away and was so kind and helpful. The gentlemen that came out were quick and professional. The knew exactly what to do and took great care of our RV. They delivered it to our house and even took the time ensure it was exactly where we needed it. Highly recommend Norwood Wrecker Service.

  Update: The owner of this company did reach out to me and offer to pay for the windshield. Maybe there are still good people out here! SHADY services! Questionable integrity!! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY My teen daughter locked her keys in her car at oncue . A gentleman in line offered his locksmith services for 75$ . He did not get the car unlocked . He did BUST THE WINDOW!! And the lady of the phone number listed on the website , who showed up after the event , proceeded to tell me he didn’t bust the windshield , WHEN THREE OF US SAW AND HEARD IT! I should have called the cops but I was so angry I just left . This place has ZERO INTEGRITY !! AND I dont even think locksmith is one of their services 🤷🏼‍♀️ UPDATE: Owner of this company did reach out to me and offer to pay to have the windshield replaced. Maybe there are still decent people out here .
