  Movers complained that we had too much stuff, stopped packing my things and left enough behind at the old house that I had to rent a U-Haul. But during the virtual walkthrough, I was encouraged to not pack my own things, and let them handle it. But then they filled up my rented dumpster by unboxing things we already packed and repacking them with their own boxes, which they charged us for. And they wanted to leave our stuff out on the front lawn overnight, in the rain. Got mad when I told them no. They packed heavy things on top of fragile items and broke a lot of our valuables. They broke a lot of my furniture during disassembly. At the destination, one of the unloaders stole several hundred dollars worth of tools I had in the garage. They also put boxes in the wrong rooms, making it take a lot longer for me to unpack. Many of the boxes are mislabeled and the inventory is inaccurate. They make you sign forms saying everything was delivered in good condition with no problems before they will leave, and don't give you time to actually verify the items were all delivered in good condition. The claims process for getting paid for broken items is tedious and painful. I cannot recommend this company or their services.

  We utilized Ace Moving for our move out of state and our experience was fantastic! Wyatt was in charge of our move and he was super friendly, professional, and provided top notch customer service. He very clean, thorough, and made sure that our needs were taken care of. If we ever have to move again, we will definitely utilize Ace moving and request Wyatt!

  I would never recommend Atlas to anyone planning a move. Had we known it would take more than two weeks to receive our belongings, we would have chosen a different moving company or explored other options altogether. From our very first conversation, Jeff looked at the route and estimated a delivery turnaround of approximately 4–5 days. Based on that information, we felt comfortable moving forward. Later, the delivery window was changed to June 5–9. While inconvenient, we adjusted our plans accordingly. The real issue was the complete lack of communication throughout the process. No one proactively provided updates on our shipment status or delivery date—I had to repeatedly reach out for information. After finally receiving a response from Roger, I was told our belongings should arrive on Saturday, June 13. We made arrangements based on that date, only to discover when I sought confirmation that delivery had been pushed back again to June 15, the very last day of the delivery window. As a direct result of these delays, we incurred more than $4,000 in unexpected expenses for hotels, meals, and other necessities while waiting for our household goods. In addition, Atlas arranged transportation for our vehicle, yet we were forced to pay an additional $300 in storage fees because our belongings arrived so late. Based on our experience, I would not recommend Atlas to friends, family, or anyone planning a move.

  Beware!!! Double charged us double estimate and would not unload belongings without us paying more. Do not hire!

  David and his team are fantastic at what they do. I refer them when I have customers needing to temporarily store their furniture during major remodels. Great people that care about their customers and community.
