  I wish I could leave zero stars!!! Drivers don’t follow the stop schedule, never on time, they come when they want and don’t stop at every stop. This has caused me to miss buses multiple times and has resulted in being late or missing important appointments altogether. Very unreliable for people who need transportation service.

  The bus driver she sat outside talk to someone for 10 minutes made me late for work and this is not the first time doing this. I’ve tried repeatedly to report her to her boss but they refuse to answer anyone.

  I would LOVE to give 5 stars... The drivers on the route I take to work has some of the most friendly and awesome drivers (more specifically Chrissy and Franco) you guys really do have some amazing people working for you... They even get excited and love to see our fur baby every day when she sees me off to work or waiting anxiously for me to get off the bus coming home! The ONLY complaint that I could even have is that with some of the restaurants around the mall closing at 11pm we could REALLY use a late route run, it's hard for us sometimes to get a cab home that late and on Sundays and holidays! Other than that you have a great system and employees are very awesome and helpful!
