What are your damage and clean up fees?
You are responsible for your guests' behavior and any damages caused to our vehicles during your rental. Minor spills typically won't result in extra charges. However, any bodily fluids including mucus, blood, urine, feces, or vomit will result in a minimum $250 cleaning fee. This fee also applies to excessively soiled vehicles with dirt, beverage spills, body fluids, food, or similar items. Payment is required immediately in cash or by credit card. Your driver will conduct a brief inspection at the end of your rental and address any damages or missing items immediately.

Damages exceeding these amounts will be photographed and estimated at a later date. If our vehicle requires repair time resulting in lost revenue, you agree to be responsible for such losses and authorize charges to your credit card.
We maintain a zero tolerance no smoking policy of any kind in all of our vehicles. Any damage or evidence of smoking or tobacco use will result in a minimum $500 fee. This includes burns, stains, damaged glassware or plasticware, and odor. No exceptions.
Disorderly conduct: Disorderly conduct or behavior that, in the driver's judgment, compromises trip safety or endangers property or persons on or off the vehicle may result in trip termination. We reserve the right to remove individuals from the vehicle at the sole discretion of the driver or Rockstar Limousine management. In such cases, individuals will be dropped off at the nearest safe facility such as a police station, gas station, or restaurant. You agree to be fully responsible for those individuals and hold Rockstar Limousine harmless from any liability arising from the removal of party members for any reason.
Illegal substances: Rockstar Limousine does not permit illegal drugs of any kind in our vehicles. This policy also applies to underage alcohol consumption. If either occurs, your ride will be terminated immediately without refund.
Are you handicap accessible?
We do not offer handicap accessible vehicles.
Do you go out of state?
Yes, we provide service to out-of-state destinations.
Do you allow animals on board?
Yes, we permit animals in our vehicles.
What are the policies for substitute vehicles?
We reserve the right to provide substitute vehicles when unforeseen circumstances require it. We will notify you and adjust pricing accordingly if applicable. If we're unable to reach you, the substitute vehicle will arrive as scheduled. You may accept or refuse the vehicle at that time. A full refund will be provided if you're not satisfied with the replacement vehicle, but no transportation service will be rendered.
What is your cancellation policy?
No refund of any money paid to Rockstar Limousine will be issued if your reservation was held with a deposit for more than forty-eight (48) hours or full services were provided, unless otherwise offered by management.
What are your overtime policies?
If your trip exceeds the contracted time, you agree to permit overtime charges to be billed to your credit card or paid in cash. Overtime charges vary depending on the vehicle, time, and day of the week. Your driver will attempt to collect overtime charges before they're incurred. If the driver cannot collect payment, you agree that overtime charges will be charged to the credit card we have on file. Overtime begins when your ride exceeds 15 minutes past the scheduled time and is billed in 30-minute increments.
What are the deposit and balance requirements?
Most reservations require a 20% deposit, which must be paid with a credit card. If paying via wire transfer, PayPal, cash, or check, you'll also need to provide a $250 cash deposit to consume alcohol, which will be returned if the vehicle is free of spills, excessive trash, and damage.
Any remaining balance will be collected in cash by the driver when the limousine arrives. In some cases, we may allow you time to collect contributions from passengers while driving to different pickup locations. In this case, all money must be paid in full before reaching your first destination. If you plan to pay your remaining balance with a credit card, payment must be made by 3:00 PM the Thursday before your event weekend. Any credit cards processed the day of service will incur an additional 10% processing fee. Absolutely no checks will be accepted the day of service unless pre-authorized by management.
Gratuity: If gratuity is not included in your trip price, a 15% to 20% tip is customary to show your appreciation to the driver. Gratuity can be included in any quote upon request. After booking a vehicle from Rockstar Limousine, you'll receive an email confirmation that serves as your contract. A written contract is available upon request for your records.
Trip itinerary: Trip itineraries are helpful, especially for weddings. If possible, please provide a brief itinerary of the day's events, including times, names, and schedule. This helps your driver keep you on time for all events during your occasion.
Items left behind: We are not responsible for any items left in the limousine at the end of your ride. If we find any valuable items in the limousine, we'll make every attempt to contact you and hold them as long as necessary. It is your responsibility to retrieve these items. We will not mail or deliver any items. You must pick them up yourself.
Delays: Occasionally unavoidable delays occur due to weather, traffic, or other causes. Any trip time lost for such reasons may be added to the end of the run.
