  Recently had Hercules move my mom. The two movers were exactly on time, extremely polite, courteous and helpful. They were very careful with everything and worked very hard. The communication from the office was consistent and helpful throughout the process. After doing an assessment of how long the move might take, they quoted us 3-4 hours including travel time. It ended up being 3 hours that we paid for. Overall great experience.

  I have used this company before, however this time it was a disaster. 4 movers total and I still had to move pictures and mirrors myself (with a bad back). They offered no blanket padding or secure straps etc... to move ALL my items - at least from what the aftermath was - I cannot really tell. They broke a dresser - the top drawer broke into pieces and fell off the dresser. A small bookshelf became dislodged in a section and they did not reassemble it - they moved it in place and left it. A rotating fan was knocked over at the beginning, not sure it will be broken or not yet. I have a bad back; I instructed them to move any boxes marked as Holiday/Christmas/Halloween up to the 2nd floor, they did maybe one but left the rest on 1st floor. I have requested a discount or reimbursement and am waiting on a reply and decision from owner. I will not be using them again and I do not recommend them for moving needs. As a courtesy I still tipped the 4 movers. Now I am waiting to see what will be done if anything, but does not sound likely.

  DO NOT USE THIS "COMPANY"! UNPROFESSIONAL, RUDE, LIARS! We scheduled the moving date months in advance and confirmed the address the week prior. The day of moving, we were waiting for the arrival of the truck OUTSIDE of the home 1hr before the 30-min arrival window and for 4 hours after the arrival window. The help line lady, (Stephanie) said the truck arrived, knocked on the door, tried to call us and did not receive an answer, thus clocking out... TOTAL LIE! The help line lady, Stephanie was rude, did not apologize and blamed us for this issue. She allegedly tried to call other movers to help after their scheduled moves and call back 4 hours later to say she couldn't help with no remorse or apology and had the audacity to request to reschedule for another week. !DO NOT USE THIS "COMPANY"!

  TERRIBLE!! I set up 3 movers a month in advance (we have a jukebox that takes at least 3 people to move). 2 people showed up, when I asked where the 3rd mover was, they simply said he called off. When I told them they needed to try to find a 3rd person, they hopped in their Truck and left. Calling the office did not help, the receptionist told me I needed to find someone else. We had to be out by the following day, and this was a disaster, please do not use this company!
