  Highly recommended. I’ve moved several times over the course of my career and it is rarely a good experience, but pink zebra was the exception! The crew was friendly and helpful, packed my belongings with care, and even helped find my cat when he disappeared. Thanks for the great work.

  We had a wonderful experience moving today. The crew we received were careful, knowledge, professional and somehow stayed positive and lively through a nearly 10 hour day (Matt was a riot) . Rick and Calvin stopped by to give us an estimate, and worked with us to take care of some of my concerns (We have a 7' tall 500lb leaded glass display case that is irreplaceable to my family). A couple guys came the day before to pack all of our loose belongings, protected our hardwood furniture and did most of the bed/table/etc disassembly for the day of the move. On the day of the move, things went smoothly and they even sent an extra guy that day, beyond what we were charged for. Moving in the past has felt like the bane of my existence. Hiring Pink Zebra to handle our move gave us room to breathe, and not stress out about our deadline to be out for the new home owners. To top it off, the final bill was just a bit cheaper than the estimate was. I can tell you with a certainty, I'll never move myself again.

  Kevin and Rick are top notch at customer service, and their prices can’t be beat! The crew did a great job despite moving day being the worst of the wildfire smoke, and were super nice. Kevin and Rick came over the same day I called for a quote and was able to get us scheduled quickly. I would not hesitate to recommend them!

  Pink Zebra Movers in Chagrin Falls did a fantastic job with our move from start to finish. The entire crew was professional, careful, efficient, and incredibly hardworking. They treated our belongings with care and made what could have been a very stressful day go incredibly smoothly. The owner, Kevin, truly goes above and beyond for his customers. What moving company sends you an Uber Eats gift card the night before your move so dinner is one less thing you have to worry about? That small gesture says everything about the level of thoughtfulness and service you get from Pink Zebra. We couldn’t have asked for a better moving experience and would highly recommend Pink Zebra Movers to anyone looking for a company that genuinely cares about its customers.
