  Joey was fantastic. I coordinated a days worth of Limo service to drive my Aunt and Wife around NYC. Joey took great care of them and made my Aunt's day opening the door always and helping with her seatbelt, etc. Such a wonderful experience for them

  There is no one better!!! Joe took such good care of us & his prices can't be beat! Hes got the nicest cars & their party buses are sick... He made my 30th b-day, my wedding & my brother's wedding unforgettable !!! Thanks Joe, your the best!!!!

  Joey and his staff are the best! Always on time, always very respectable and always there when i need them, even when it’s short notice! Cars, limos, buses always spotless as well! Highly reccomend Joey and personal touch limo for any and all your transportation needs!

  Worst and most unprofessional experience I have ever had with a limo company. I ordered an Escalade limo for my son’s birthday party and was very specific about wanting this vehicle. Instead, a party bus was sent that I never authorized, approved of, or was even asked about prior to arriving. The owner claimed he sent me an upgrade and made the decision without consulting my first. As a result of the aforementioned factors, we refused to pay for the “limo” and arrived extremely late to our destination all because there were no limos available. Either this is false advertising or the worst case of customer disregard I have ever seen! Beware!!

  Personal Touch is a God send!!! I had issues with another company and the owner of the company, Joey went above and beyond to accommodate a last minute party bus for my wedding. The service was great, the bus was beautiful and clean. Our driver Anthony was wonderful as well, unbelievably professional and friendly. I couldn’t sing their praises more - they made my wedding just that much more spectacular as I didn’t have to worry, I knew I was in AMAZING hands with Personal Touch. Thank you so much again!!!!
