I had a wonderful experience with J&A party bus. From the first call with Diamond to Vinny taking out the time to show the bus before booking. Also, our driver Vincent was awesome. There was an unexpected change in plans while out and he helped with getting us to another destination quickly, making sure the kids did not miss a beat. Everyone was always professional and made me feel very comfortable using this company. There are so many shady bus companies, but I highly recommend using this one. One important factor the bus was clean and up to date. Thank you so much for making my daughter’s birthday celebration one to remember. We will be booking again in the future.

Our driver made prom night unforgettable. From the moment we got picked up, he was professional, friendly, and completely dialed in. The party bus was spotless, the lights and sound system were perfect, and he handled a bus full of hyped-up teenagers with total patience and good humor. He knew every route, got us everywhere on time, and never once felt rushed or stressed even with traffic. He looked out for the whole group, kept everything safe, and genuinely seemed to want us to have a great night. You could tell he takes pride in what he does. If you’re booking a party bus for prom or any event, ask for this guy. Cannot recommend him highly enough. Ten out of ten night and he was a huge part of why.

This was my first time having booked a limousine service with J&A Party Bus Entertainment for my sister’s Sweet 15. I admit it was very stressful having to speak to multiple companies and coming to an agreement with family members on a specific choice we ultimately went with J&A. I spoke numerous times to Vinny, I explained it was my first time going through this process and genuinely apologized for not knowing how these things worked. He was very nice and excited which made me calmed down and reassured me everything was going to be alright.
After carefully reviewing the vehicle options and speaking with the company we received confirmation stating that we would be provided a 20-passenger Cadillac Escalade with a jet door.
On the day of the event, we were sent a Lincoln Navigator Stretch Limo, a vehicle that was not the one we reserved and that does not appear anywhere on their website or in their advertised fleet. At first, I didn’t really mind as long as the vehicle fit all our guests. However, once we were inside the vehicle’s air conditioning was barely functioning on a day that was over 90 degrees. Several vents were broken or missing, and the limo became extremely hot and uncomfortable for everyone onboard. We were provided with some mini water bottles, but we were all still sweating and thirsty.
The passengers included many children, making this not only uncomfortable, but also a potential safety concern. Even the driver, Hector, acknowledged as some point that the A/C was not at its full potential.
To be clear, there were many things that went wrong on our end which let me clarify at no moment did we blame the company for issues that were our responsibility. Some of our guests arrived late because they were unfamiliar with the area and got lost. We informed Hector of this from the beginning, apologized for the delay, and understood that we would have less time to enjoy the limo as a result. We ultimately decided to skip one of our planned destinations because of the time lost.
However, when we contacted the company, it was not to complain about the shortened itinerary. We reached out because we felt some compensation was warranted for being placed in a vehicle that was not what we booked and that had an obvious maintenance issue. The company focused on our schedule changes rather than addressing the actual problem: the poor condition of the limo and the uncomfortable, overheated ride.
The company also pointed out that Hector arrived an hour early, which they considered complimentary. While we appreciate punctuality, we neither knew about this, requested it nor needed the extra hour, and it does not change the fact that the vehicle provided was not the one reserved and was not operating properly.
Throughout the ride, we were not constantly opening and closing doors or doing anything that would have prevented the A/C from cooling the vehicle. The problem was clearly mechanical and maintenance-related.
If the Cadillac Escalade we reserved was unavailable, we would have appreciated honesty and advance notice so we could have made other arrangements. This was our first time planning an event like this, and we believed we had done our research seeing how many 5 star reviews you guys have. Instead, it was disappointing to watch many of our guests debated to take an uber instead.
The lack of accountability and customer service after the fact was frustrating. There is so much that goes to planning an event like this, I admit we didn’t call right away given that there was so much we needed to do the days following, but a special occasion only happens once, and customers deserve to receive what they payed for. What's included in the vehicle?
Our vehicles come equipped with internal coolers, ice, water bottles, cups, and napkins. We provide luxurious leather wrap-around seating, Bluetooth connectivity, smart TVs, and surround sound systems. Some buses also feature party poles, red carpet roll-outs, and onboard restrooms. Can we decorate the bus?
We welcome decorations for any occasion on our buses. However, we kindly request that confetti not be used to maintain cleanliness and ease of cleanup.
Can I bring drinks, food or alcohol?
You're welcome to bring any beverages of your choice. If all passengers are 21 years or older, alcoholic beverages are permitted on board.
Do you do tailgate parties?
Indeed, we cater to tailgate parties. Many of our buses are equipped with storage compartments where you can keep tables, coolers, and other essentials for cheering on your team.
Can you drop us off?
Our bus remains at your service throughout the entire rental period. We can certainly drop you off at your destination and the bus will wait in the designated parking area until you're ready to depart.
What happens if I go over my time?
We offer a 10-minute grace period beyond your scheduled time. After this, you'll be required to pay an additional fee upfront for the extra time used.
How do you handle the cleaning of the vehicles during the service?
While we don't expect the bus to be returned in pristine condition, we do ask that all trash be removed and any significant messes be cleaned before departing. Additional fees may be applied for excessive uncleaned messes left behind.
Is smoking allowed?
Smoking and vaping are strictly prohibited on all our buses. An additional cleaning fee will be charged if evidence of smoking is found.
How do I pay for my service?
We require a non-refundable 30% deposit at the time of booking. The remaining balance is due 24 hours prior to the start of your service.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you cancel at least 48 hours before your scheduled event, we can offer to reschedule your service. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide refunds for cancellations.
