There have been several instances where they failed to pick me up, lying and claiming they had called me beforehand when they hadn't. I urge the authorities to monitor them closely, as they are trifling with patients' health. They are constantly lying. If you don't miss your trip, don't use it.

1) Enrollee’s freedom of choice.
2) Medical provider’s freedom of choice.
3) rotation.
