  We rented a limo for my sisters bachelorette to do a wine tour and we had the best help and Driver. Jamie did a great job helping out with payments and sending out the contract, always answering any question that was needed. Carleen was our driver and we loved her. Some girls needed to use the bathroom on the way there and back and she knew exactly where to stop along the way. We could not be more pleased with our experience with S&S limos!

  We were pretty disappointed with our experience with the limo service, especially considering how much we paid. The logistics and planning leading up to the wedding were difficult and required a lot of back-and-forth to coordinate everything. Our group was definitely rowdy on the way back, as you might expect from a wedding party, and we understand that can be frustrating for a driver. However, the driver seemed noticeably annoyed with us and chose not to play any music/let us connect to the Bluetooth for the entire ride home. For the amount of money we spent on the service, we expected the experience to still feel professional and accommodating, even with an energetic group.

  DON’T BOOK WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!! Booked with this company for the Usher and Chris Brown concert in Syracuse on 8/1/26. First off the vehicle couldn’t maintain a Bluetooth connection and music is a big aspect of the party bus experience. Then the vehicle broke down blocks away from the venue so we had to walk. One of the girls in my group ended up breaking a heel because she didn’t factor a 2 mile walk in when choosing footwear. She ended up missing part of the concert because she had to change shoes. When I called the day of the rep was rude and dismissive. They ended up getting another vehicle that also didn’t have stable Bluetooth connection. When I talked to them Monday they told me we were only inconvenienced for an hour and offered me $165 of the $1243 that I paid. I understand things happen but at least make it right on the back end.

  We had such a wonderful experience with S&S Limousine for my mom’s 60th birthday wine tour! Everything was seamless from start to finish. Our driver, Mark, was fantastic. He arrived early, had such a positive attitude, and was incredibly kind and accommodating throughout the entire day. Thanks to him, we made it to every winery right on schedule and never felt rushed. He truly helped make the day stress-free so we could just relax and celebrate. A big thank you to Mark, Jamie, and the entire S&S team for helping make my mom’s birthday so memorable. We had an absolute ball and wouldn’t hesitate to book with you again! Highly recommend.
