  They were moving my mother from one facility to another after hip surgery and she had to have a back board and it was $495 out of pocket!!!! And then the one driver told my father before they loaded her that he would have to pay and then hounded him again when they got to the new facility about payment. Not at all compassionate or caring. It is sad that this is only the outfit in town. Would not recommend at all.

  I have had to work with this company to schedule appointments for people in desperate need of assistance. The owner is extremely unprofessional and not at all helpful when dealing with her own companies failures. I am the first to acknowledge that every company has issues that need to be ironed out and as a professional we should all work together to resolve any issues so that the people that count on us for their care have a smooth experience. Instead of being helpful she was just the opposite and was completely disrespectful and even hostile when she was asked to simply assist with an issue that should have been easy to sort out. If I could leave zero stars I would.

  Met w driver of medi van outside of my PT. Client driver was waiting on was in on a appointment..Homebase of van was Delaware County and appountment was here in Broome County.
