  Customer service poor. Called for quote, before I could say yes to book it, they hung up. Reached out via website form requesting call back, never got one. Booked elsewhere. Recently received survey where i expressed my disappointment in a compny that has been around for so long and poor service i received. Clearly, thy didn’t read it, because they just sent me this request to put out a google review…if they saw my survey answers, they should have known it would not be a good review.

  We had an excellent experience with Briggs Transportation for our vehicle transport needs. Our driver Jack was terrific. Our Mom passed away and we needed to transport our Dad, in his wheelchair, to the services which were an hour away and back. Jack was professional, friendly and provided excellent assistance throughout the day. This entailed making a few stops and getting Dad in and out of the van multiple times for the viewing, funeral, cemetery and luncheon. The ride home was just as comfortable despite the heavy traffic. We could not have asked for a better driver. Jack went above and beyond to provide a stress-free ride on a day that was a sad occasion for us. We would highly recommend Briggs transport services to anyone. Thank you Briggs and Jack!

  Briggs was great. Always there when I needed a ride. Staff all so friendly and professional. Def will recommend.
