  Briggs Transportation did a great job! They arrived early to pick up our party of 18 in Toms River, NJ, using two vans, and got us to the Port of New York smoothly and on time. Professional, reliable, and stress-free service. We will definitely use them again!

  We used Briggs for the first time for airport transfer and we couldn't be more pleased. John, our driver on outbound and return was on time, courteous, and a very good, safe driver. The office staff are efficient and courteous, and they made sure we had everything we needed. We highly recommend Briggs@

  Very rude and very unprofessional. Lies about when they show up or even if they show up at all. Made a girl cry over the nastiness and name calling from both the driver and dispatch. We were waiting outside for them to show up, after 35 minutes we went back inside because it was very cold and we sat by the window to watch out for them. After 20 more minutes she gets an irate call from dispatch asking if she was raised right or was she just an idiot because the driver was outside for an hour lol. That obviously wasn't true plus, what cab would wait for an entire hour outside someone's house before calling dispatch to find out where we are? As she's on the phone, I see the cab finally pull up into the driveway. Right where they would pull up the other three or four times I've unfortunately had to use them. She continues to innocently apologize and say the driver wasn't out there. Explaining that there's two of us and how we were outside the first 35 minutes and so on. With a shaky voice and glossy eyes and dispatch is still cursing at her and calling her names and I just took the phone from her and hung it up because I was starting to feel very angry and protective over my ptsd, ocd and generalized anxiety diagnosed friend. We did not take that cab that day. My previous few experiences with them were also filled with unprofessionalism, rudeness and verbal/emotional abuse. Typically I use sandy's, they're always great and give good prices that don't change from driver to driver. They're kind and a pleasure to be around. I do not hold grudges, I just won't be using briggs ever again and feel as though it would only be right to leave this review for others. I also have no affiliation with sandy's whatsoever and just like to give credit where it's due.
