  very disappointed in the service. party bus showed up late, didn’t make any of the stops i requested before hand. we got stuck on the highway because the driver was not aware of the clearances before hand, and was not aware of the clearance by my house although there is a gps for commercial vehicles. on top of that the bathroom was nasty, there was no water, no soap, or tissue. upon requesting at least 30% of my money back they only gave me 20% for that horrendous service. not to mention the driver asked for a 15% tip after doing nothing i asked him to do. additionally the service lied saying that what i claimed happened wasn’t true until i brought up screenshots and evidence of my experience. still, they did not compensate me for this unprofessional behavior. do not book with this service. the bus (except the bathroom) was nice, but make sure you lay everything out to them if you do choose to book so that you don’t waste over $1500.
