- JDJeny D.Jul 21, 20261.0I called to ask about the cost of renting a limousine, and the gentleman who answered the phone was extremely rude and unhelpful. Instead of politely explaining the pricing and options, he seemed to assume I already knew everything about the vehicles. He was not respectful or courteous during the call, which made the experience very unpleasant. Because of the poor customer service, I am no longer interested in renting a vehicle from this company. I expect kindness and professionalism when paying for a service

Amazing customer service, he was attentive to our needs and paid attention to detail! I wish I took a video of the inside of this stretch GMC Yukon, it was lit! Joe drove safely, was punctual arriving and picking our daughter up from prom and bringing her home safely. Will definitely be returning for any limo needs, no other rental place can compete. White glove service all the way 👏 Thank you so much! Also, the music heard in the video is from the limo! Just connect to Bluetooth and go
