- RERose EckermanApr 16, 20263.0I had a mixed experience with King’s Moving Company. On the positive side, the movers handled most of my belongings with care during the move, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, a brand-new TV went missing during the process, and that completely changed my view of the company. Since reporting the issue, the company has refused to take responsibility or offer any reimbursement. Communication has also been extremely disappointing—Jason, the owner, has repeatedly said he would call me back, but weeks go by with no response, and my texts are ignored. At this point, it feels like the goal is simply to avoid accountability rather than resolve the situation. While the moving crew did a careful job overall, the lack of integrity and follow-through when something went wrong is a serious concern. I would urge others to be cautious. UPDATE 3 weeks later To the credit of Kings moving, they cont to search for my tv and mostly recently made it a 100% correctly. They purchased and replaced my tv. Jason and Tyler didn’t give up. Not only did they replace my tv, also found my misplaced original tv. They kept their word and never gave up on my situation. They took personal interest in my situation. This was all while peak season for them in the moving world. I recommend them highly. Kings Moving is a very upstanding business.
