    Five stars all the way! The movers were courteous, fast, and extremely careful with every item. They made the entire process smooth and stress-free from start to finish. I truly appreciated their professionalism, positive attitude, and attention to detail. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable moving company! I will be using them for my next move!

    The Movers showed up on time And were very respectful, No damage was done to any door ways and they were fast and efficient! Will definitely go with them again if I ever need to move again.

    We hired T-Square Movers for a load and unload move from Lincoln to Shelton. Our quoted price was about $560, which included 3 hours of labor and a $120 travel fee. What actually happened was very different. On moving day, the crew showed up without a dolly or proper equipment, even though we specifically asked ahead of time and were told they would bring one. Because of that, they relied on carrying items by hand and using a cart from our apartment building, which significantly slowed down the process. The move-out alone took nearly 3 hours. At the new location, they again had no dolly, and we had to provide one ourselves just to finish the job. In the end, we were billed over $450 MORE than the original estimate due to “extra time.” When we reached out, they claimed the 3 hours was just a minimum and that their system estimated 5–7 hours, but that was never communicated to us verbally or in the contract. Their reasoning included things like elevator delays and distance, which should have been accounted for upfront. To their credit, the movers themselves were polite and completed the job. But the lack of preparation, poor communication, and significant underestimation of cost makes this hard to recommend. They offered a $35 refund for the situation, which does not come close to addressing the issue. If you’re considering this company, I would strongly recommend getting extremely detailed clarification on equipment, time expectations, and total cost before booking. After raising these concerns, we were also unable to access their Facebook page, which raises additional concerns about how customer feedback is handled...

    Last minute we had some movers bail on us, we contacted Ashley and she was able to help us out with some help. Cory and Eli showed up on time and were nothing short of amazing. Thank You T Squared for helping us out in a pinch. Amazing experience.

    Absolutely unacceptable experience. I would strongly advise anyone considering this company to look elsewhere. We just opened our moving truck and almost everything is broken. Not only was the furniture damaged, but many of our items were not wrapped or protected at all. From the start, the packing job looked careless. Boxes were stacked without regard to weight, items were wobbling in the truck, and furniture that we specifically pointed out as expensive or fragile was left unwrapped. I even climbed into the truck myself and could clearly see that it was not packed properly. One of the movers (I believe his name was Rusty) appeared to be brand new and repeatedly dropped boxes while loading. At one point clothing items were literally scattered across the yard because he dropped them coming down the ramp. It was incredibly frustrating to watch. There were two other movers — I think their names were Quintin and Axel. Only one of them was polite and apologetic. The other was extremely dismissive and arrogant. Every time my mom or I raised concerns about wrapping furniture or packing items more securely, he brushed us off and repeatedly reassured us that he had been doing this for 11 years and that everything was fine. We even labeled the boxes ''Fragile" or "Nothing on Top"- as pictured below. Clearly, it was not. Despite our multiple requests to properly wrap furniture and secure fragile items, those requests were ignored. Now we’re left unpacking a truck full of damaged belongings that could have easily been prevented with basic care and professionalism. This experience was careless, frustrating, and incredibly disappointing. When you trust a company with your home and belongings, you expect at the very least that they will handle them with care. That did not happen here. I would not recommend this company to anyone. PLEASE LOOK ELSEWHERE.
