  charge 3 dollars for a ride.must call day or two in advance for a reservation. there no taxi in minot as of dec 2022. better off taking the local bus by city for immediate travel.local bus goes to airport mall Walmart etc on weekdays

  My non verbal daughter rides SB almost every day and the drivers are great with her and I don't have to worry about her getting to and from work safely

  The Office staff, is very grotesque. I am scared to call to even request my ride. I have not once had a good experience with them over the phone. The drivers are wonderful, but who would know that, if the encounter when your scheduling is so horrifying it makes you not want to use their service. At one point, the exchange over the phone was so bad i attempted to complain, come to find out the woman speaking, indeed was the supervisor, and the owner was out of town. If there has not been any growth of the business or a customer slow down, it is definitely due to the office staff.
