  I would give zero stars if I could. I have moved many times before- all took 5 hours and I paid about 600$. For this move I was quoted 1,000$ to move a 2 bed 2 bath apartment from a first floor to a fourth with an elevator. The movers got there at 8am sharp. They moved my things to the truck which took 5 hours just to load the truck. My computer monitor was dropped on the ground without a word said (I watched it happen, no sorry or anything). They didn't end up leaving until 630pm. 10 and a half hours of moving later, my brand new dresser was scuffed, a statue that was packed alone and wrapped was broken, a coffee mug was broken, and I watched my mattress get slit open (even though they claim their movers don't carry cutting utensils). I bought them breakfast, and two packs of gatorade. I was asked mid way through the move by the movers if they could "smoke." I also tipped them $500 at the end in which the one didn't even say thank you...just made a funny smile to the other...I paid $1700 (they gave me 10% off) and tipped $500. So total I paid 2200$ for things to be broken, no thank you's, and submitted a claim with the company for the damaged and broken items. The manager called me days later after I had to reach out for an update and offered me $150.00 which is actually comical. I ended the call earlier than I wanted to because I was working and he said he would send me $250.00 which is still comical. I will never be using this company again needless to say, and I hope my review can help others not get their things ruined while getting overcharged.

  This outfit is fantastic. Excellent customer service from Peter and Charlie at Pink Zebra. West and Shelton professionally shouldered the load to our new apartment with great care and ease. Thank you Pink Zebra for helping us out and for making moving day a pleasure.

  Excellent work and fast! They did the work of 3 people in less time than another local moving company did last time we moved! Antony killed it. He is the strongest, hard-working man. Thanks guys!
