  I was initially afraid to book labor only workers for my recent move after seeing many horrible reviews. However, Rodreigo and Tray were phenomenal! They worked the entire time. They had excellent tips and tricks to help move furniture easily. They were extremely kind and humorous. If I ever used this service again, I would definitely want these two men! I had an excellent experience.

  The workers that I received did amazing work! They gave me names of two individuals when it came close to time one showed up another didn’t cause they canceled last minute and they gave me another name of who would come but they gave me the name one minute prior into my schedule scheduled time. He showed up late due being informed last minute I needed to two movers to lift up furniture and I had to delay my work a little bit for the other person to show up. I called and asked for a reimbursement for the lost time and got no response from the company. I confirmed with them what time they ended the job which was right at the time of service I asked for to end. I really love the workers but the company that represents needs to do a little bit better cause I lost 40 mins of time with my service with one of my movers and still had to pay it

  Use of website and messaging is not difficult. Their prompts work well. Jamel showed up at my place and we used a uhaul to knock out a 1.5 hrs job with ease. He was great, and the billing service took care of it all. Really couldn't have been easier.

  I am bedbound and my poor daughter was spearheading our move to an ADA unit all alone until I found CLP. The worker assigned to me, Mychal, is the single most hardworking person I’ve ever met. He moved our entire two bedroom apartment alone and kept a smile on his face the entire time. I’m awestruck by how efficient and considerate he was. I can’t recommend him or CLP enough.

  I see the stellar reviews, but I’m currently sitting 3.5 hours from home with a U-Haul and no movers. After THEY confirmed multiple times for today at 2pm, 20 minutes before they were supposed to be here, we get a confirmation text that we were cancelled bc they couldn’t find movers in the area. After being hung up in the first time I called, I asked to speak to someone who could possibly help and was told everyone was busy and someone will call back. Just be aware, confirmation does not equal actual confirmation. I would be hesitant to depend on them, especially if you’re traveling.
