- CSCherelle StillNov 26, 20242.0I'm never picked up on time. Today I have an appointment with my chiropractor for a serious rear end collision I was involved in and I was told that the driver came by at 7am!!!!!! My appointment is for 10am! I called because the driver is usually late and was told that the driver came at 7am!!! No one called to notify me that I needed to be ready 3 hours before my appointment time. For one, who wants to ride around for three darn hours! Let alone I'm traumatized from my accident and don't really like being in a vehicle!!! The dispatcher told me that there is NOTHING THEY CAN DO ONCE YOU'RE IN THE COMPUTER AS A NO SHOW NO CALL!!!! As a commercial driver of 16 years that definitely indicates that neither dispatch or the drivers have any route knowledge. If that were the case that driver wouldn't have been at my house at some darn 7am!!! He would've made his other pick-ups and drop offs and come back for me. Classic case of laziness at my expense. Now I have to call and cancel my MUCH NEEDED CHIROPRACTOR APPOINTMENT!
