I would strongly discourage anyone from using this moving company. As a military family, moving across the country from California to North Carolina with a 7-month-old baby was already stressful enough, but this company made the experience significantly worse. Before our move, we were told someone would come out to secure the drum in our washing machine for transport. Two months before our scheduled packing date, they never showed up and later told us they would just pick up the washer with the rest of our household goods and secure it at their warehouse instead. To make matters worse, our belongings then sat in their warehouse for an entire month before they were even transported from California to North Carolina. The problems continued from there. Both the packing crew and the delivery crew arrived with only two movers, even though we were told there would be five. Our belongings were packed carelessly. Heavy kitchen items were packed on top of books, fishing rods were left unwrapped and packed with couch cushions, and the fishing rods arrived snapped in half. A blanket basket wasn’t wrapped properly, causing the finish to fade, and our wicker Christmas tree basket arrived bent beyond repair. Our brand-new baby stroller, which had only been used a handful of times, arrived covered in dents and scratches and is no longer usable. Our washer and dryer were in excellent condition before the move, but they arrived badly damaged. The washer doesn’t work at all. After filing a claim, we’ve received very little help. We were even told to try using the damaged washer, which left it full of water and completely unusable. We are now being told it could take 30 to 60 days to resolve the issue, meaning we may have to use a laundromat for an extended period despite these being essential household appliances. To make matters worse, we were told to use a laundromat with only a $20 per week allowance. That is simply not enough for a family, especially with a 7-month-old baby. Nearly all of our clothes, towels, bedding, and linens were packed in used moving boxes, meaning we have to wash everything before we can use it. The money offered doesn’t come close to covering the cost of washing all of those items, and with a baby, relying on a public laundromat for an extended period is not something we are comfortable with. Because we couldn’t wait 30 to 60 days without working appliances, we purchased a brand-new washer and dryer ourselves. We were then told that when they come to service the washer they damaged, they would have to move our brand-new washer in and out of our home to access the broken one. After everything that has already happened, expecting us to risk damage to another appliance because of their mistake is simply not okay. On top of that, we were informed that they would not reimburse us for the cost of purchasing these new appliances, despite the damage being caused during the move. To make matters worse, the movers scratched our floors during delivery even after we specifically asked them to be careful. Our household goods also took more than a month to arrive after multiple delays. Throughout this entire process, customer service has been disappointing. Every issue has been met with another excuse—from failing to prepare our washer before the move, to repeated delivery delays, to the lack of urgency in resolving our damaged appliances. Instead of taking responsibility, we’ve been left waiting for answers while dealing with unnecessary stress and damaged belongings. This has been one of the most frustrating moving experiences we’ve ever had. I cannot recommend this company based on the lack of care, poor communication, repeated delays, inadequate reimbursement for essential needs, refusal to reimburse us for replacement appliances, and damage to our property.

Showed up 5 hours late, very little communication. Did not place protective mats on the floor. Did not wrap items well and I still have items missing from my move

Not a bad place to get unloaded at, but they are slow. Only have 2 pieces to unload and took over an hour.

Dominic, Chris and CJ did a great job of packing and loading of my house hold items for interstate moving. Everything was done as scheduled. Thank you for your service.
