  Recently moved locally in Charlotte and my realtor referred me to Reign Movers. The team, lead by Big Steve, busted their butts for us, not to mention in brutally hot conditions. The entire moving crew of 5 guys, were all polite, patient, and never complained about any of our requests. They spent the better part of the day with us, making sure that we were completely satisfied with their service. Give Jason or Brian a call if you need reliable and professional movers. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

  I have waited a month to write this review and to sit with my thoughts about our recent move. Reign came very highly recommended to us by several members of our community and friends who had used them. We hired them to pack for us and for the actual move and some aspects of the move were incredible and very professional and others did not go well. The quote and booking process was very efficient and professional and I thought communication from both our team leader, Travis, and from Jason, the owner, was prompt and thorough. I thought my actual moving team was wonderful. We have moved nine times during our marriage due to work relocations as well as personal reasons. The Reign team was highly efficient and the movers did a great job with moving all our furniture, even heavy and more delicate pieces. Things did get a little sloppy right a the end with boxes marked "kitchen fragile" left in the driveway and not all of the packing was logical. It was really very hard to find things because the boxes were not all accurately labeled and didn't have descriptions of what was in them. Some things were just tossed in boxes even if they had been organized in labeled bins in closets of our previous home so unpacking was kind of a disaster. We also had more damaged or just completely lost items than any other move we have ever had. We are missing things like the seat cushion from a chair that is only sold in pairs making it very expensive to replace, the contents of an entire drawer from our kitchen, and then exactly half of the hardware to put our guest bed back together. We then had quite a few things broken - two lamps, a tv, and some glassware. We also had a theft during the move that is currently under investigation with the sheriff's department. We have no plans of moving again but if we were we would consider using Reign for the move itself and I would make sure my valuables were more closely supervised but I would not trust them to pack for me again. ETA: I never heard from the so called claims/loss department so lowering my review to two stars as Reign definitely displayed no interest in replacing the lost and damaged items from my move.

  From start to finish, hiring Reign moving was an outstanding experience. Jason was awesome and easy to work with. The movers took all the stress of moving away. They were efficient, professional, nice, and extremely hard working guys. I would recommend them to everyone. Thank you for making moving such a great experience for us!!!

  Reign Moving Solutions is hands down the premiere moving company here in the greater Charlotte area. As someone who has moved quite a bit over the years, Reign Moving Solutions is First Class from start to finish. From the initial phone call, the exceptional moving crew, to the follow-up service call, you will not have a better moving experience. Highly recommend!

  I have used Reign Moving Solutions three times now and they have made each move extremely easy. They are the best in the business. Jason and the crew(s) are extremely professional, take great care of all of your assets, are timely, polite, etc. Reign is the only moving company that I will use in the future.
