I used Pink Zebra Moving for a recent move into storage, and Thomas and Derrick were both excellent. They worked efficiently, handled everything professionally, and did a great job maximizing the storage unit space. The move itself was completed in about 4 hours and went very smoothly.
The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is due to a billing issue afterward involving a delayed deposit reconciliation and attempted charges before I received an updated invoice or explanation. While the matter was later clarified, the communication and handling on the administrative side could have been much better.
Overall, the moving crew itself did an outstanding job.

We had a really great experience with moving day. Brewster and Keenan were great! The doors to my new home were much smaller than my old home and it didn’t look like my treadmill would fit. They made a way to get the treadmill into the home, and I still can’t figure out how they did it!

Neal and Keenan with Pink Zebra were efficient and very professional. They turned a normally stressful day into a seamless transition for our move. Would recommend to anyone considering their business!

I originally left a 5* review because I felt bad for the 2 kids that were here moving our furniture, but after a continued bad experience, I decided to delete it and repost. First, 2 people showed up for a 3 person job to move a 4 bedroom 2 story house to a single story 3 bedroom house. The best they could do was reduce the amount of people I was charged for, but because it took more hours it still came out to more than I was originally quoted for with 3 people. The 2 guys were left alone until the manager Brewster showed up to help them at the very end of loading out the 4 bedroom. They packed the truck so terribly that they almost couldn't fit my furniture, which resulted in a broken full length mirror and a broken wooden clothes drying stand. I haven't filed a claim for those because they're not worth much. But the kicker is that the 2 kids damaged my freshly refinished hardwood floors when they were trying to reassemble a piece of furniture I was told wouldn't have to be disassembled in the first place. When they couldn't figure it out, they should've asked for help. It wasn't until I heard a loud bang on the floor that I went to see that they were assembling it wrong causing them to drop it on the floor. I told them how to do it, left the room to tell my partner and their manager that the floor was damaged, and they did it again because they didn't follow the instructions the 2nd time. Despite giving instructions a 3rd time, even the manager struggled putting it together. I've disassembled and reassembled this futon by myself multiple times, I've owned it since I was 16 and I'm 41 now. They just don't know how to follow instructions. They hardly wrapped any furniture with blankets, just with plastic wrap, despite GIVING them 26 moving blankets that I owned and having their own too. I gave them a piece of cardboard that was meant for my large bedroom/dresser mirror to use, asking them to put it between the mirror and the blanket before wrapping with plastic wrap and they didn't, saying oh it's fine it's between 2 mattresses.
Now with regard to my floor, they wanted to send their own person out to look at it and fix it. I insisted that I wanted the same company who did them to begin with, because we had them refinished within 2 weeks before this move. Another company isn't going to guarantee me that they're going to use the same stain and finish. After spending $3000 on our floors less than 2 weeks before this, we want to make sure it matches and is not just a patch job. Admittedly it took a little while for my flooring company to reach out to them due to family emergencies and illness; however, when they did, my flooring company even offered them a steep discount, taking money out of their own pocket, and Brian Kelly refused a $900 job to fix the floor that they damaged. They insisted their own guy will match the floor no problem and said they'd be in touch. That was Thursday last week, April 30th. I have yet to hear back from any flooring company or the moving company. I've also not been provided with any formal way to file a claim.
If this company holds liability insurance like they're supposed, a $900 claim against what should be a multimillion dollar policy shouldn't be an issue considering they damaged it, multiple times, despite being warned about it being brand new and despite being given instructions to build the furniture.
I do still feel bad for the 2 guys left on their own. I tipped them extremely well despite the fact because it was a very hot day and they did 75% of the job on their own. They told me that someone called out sick, so the company took their 3rd person and put him on another job, leaving it to the 2 of them. They did the best they could given the circumstances and I'm sure they were exhausted. We even bought them breakfast. But this company has been a joke to work with.
I'm now fixing my floors on my own, paying full price, because this has become a disruption to our lives and my business So I'm now paying out of pocket for their damage. DON'T USE PINK ZEBRA

Love the second time around is sweeter and I fell IN LOVE with PINK ZEBRA all over again last week when they cheerfully and flawlessly executed a tricky move like it was a tango, never missing a single beat.
Big hugs to Keenan, Elijah, Thomas, Bryson, Derrick and Davis for all they did to help us out during a very complex and stressful move, the second one within a year.
They arrived laughing and kept smiling all day long, while lifting lots and lots and lots and lots of heavy - I mean heavy - stuff. They made moving my piano (which weighs a ton) look like it was light as a feather. And who knew a ping pong table could be so heavy? I’m so grateful that they were able to move these many belongings - and all without a scratch or ding anywhere!
At the end of two extremely long days, the group was clearly tired but their attitude never changed. They even asked if there was anything else they could help with before they left. What a genuine and kind, professional group of guys.
Thanks again, Pink Zebra for making us feel like we spent time with a bunch of fun friends. You DO make MOVING FUN. And I cannot say enough good things about you. (But I’ll try…)
