- RSRobin ShowsJun 30, 20261.0I have never used this service, but I got behind one of their delivery trucks today about 3:40 on Wolff road leaving Caledonia, headed to Columbus. The driver was extremely erratic, swerving, driving either in the middle of the road or on the wrong side of the road. When meeting on coming traffic, he/she barely got over enough causing some of the vehicles to have to drive on the shoulder. š” also, your truck is blowing pure black exhaust fumes. The back of the truck says Burnham but "Jordan Transport Co Starkville- West Point" was painted on the side. Your driver's actions matter...much less could someone have been hurt, I will never use the services of a company whose driver acts this way.
- EKErica KesslerOct 30, 20231.0A disgrace to the U.S. military, avoid if at all possible. Petty theft, arson, and drug usage are just a few of the things we experienced during our move (with our toddler and infant present). We didnāt anticipate great packing so our expectations were already low, glad they were. Upon trying to inform the āownerā Paige, I was laughed at and provided no support. Made perfect sense why employees could get away with what they do if their ābossā canāt even hold a civil conversation about complaints against her employees. Iāve never in my life been so disrespected while trying to simply explain an experience. Best part: you canāt complain on Paige because sheās āin charge of everythingā. Luckily weāve got the military (and the law) on our side but my heart breaks for families who may use this service and experience the treatment we experienced.
