  We needed assistance with moving furniture within our home for a home rehab. Kevin and Chris arrived on time. They began to work immediately on arrival and made suggestions for best use of available storage space. I made a late request to move two cabinets and they were understanding and completed the task. They worked well as a team. They were careful to avoid damage to a doorway where the fit was too tight for the piece to be moved. I appreciated they stopped and discussed this with me. I will definitely call Simple Moves again when our rehab is complete, and I will ask for the hard working team team of Kevin and Chris. Thanks guys!

  they sent 4 people with 2 trucks telling me they were only charging for 3 people. but the extra truck was because 4 peopl could not ride in 1 truck. THEN they added $450.00 to my charge card after I paid the bill on site for $2200.00 telling me it was for the extra man and truck. AT FIRST WHEN THE CONTENTS WOULD NOT ALL FIT ON ONE TRUCK THEY TOLD ME THEY WOULD NOT USE THE 2ND TRUCK CAUSE I WAS ONLY PAYING FOR ONE TRUCK. The manager reviewed the job ahead of time but must have miscalculated the amount. THEY BROKE AN EXPENSIVE STAND UP LAMP THAT MATCHED OUR BEDROOM SET AND THE GLASS OF OUR END TABLE WHICH WAS A CUSTOM BEVELED GLASS DESIGN MATCHING THE COFFEE TABLE. THEY DID NOT PHOTOGRAPH OR DOCUMENT THE DAMMAGED PROPERTY NOR REPORTBIT TO MANAGEMENT. THE MANAGEMENTS RESPONSE TO THE DAMMAGED ITEMS WAS "things break. most of the time the customers understand it can happen and dont worry about it". THAT IS WHAT I THOUGHT INSURANCE WAS FOR. HE SAID HE DIDNT WANT US TO REPORT IT CAUSE HIS INSURANCE COST WOULD INCREASE. I WOULD NEVER RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.

  The movers were both conscientious and hardworking. I was very satisfied with their performance. I have used Simple Moves multiple times for my mother and myself.

  These guys were fantastic! They communicated with me regarding arrival time and arrived in time. They worked efficiently and were very agreeable and friendly. They went above and beyond the call of duty. They made our move far less painful than we had anticipated. Five stars to the team that helped us!

  Sherman and Brendan were amazing. They made an already stressful situation so much easier. They were kind, efficient, careful with our things, and we felt completely comfortable trusting them with everything. We’re so grateful for their help and would highly recommend them!
