  This Enterprise Truck Rental location and team is excellent. We rented a 3/4 ton truck to tow a travel trailer. Highly recommend renting from them!

  The customer service is outstanding! Hands down the best truck rental experience I've had, and due to the nature of my work I am needing a rental truck almost weekly. The Burlington Rd. Truck Rental crew has always come through by renting me what I need or helping me find one at another location. I can't say enough nice things about them.

  This location is completely incompetent. We have a national account and this is the worse location in the nation. We had a vehicle breakdown it took 5 days for them to tow there truck to shop another 10 days to figure out where it went with my thousands of dollars in product. Instead of being provided with a replacement at time of tow....15 days later they want more info before they will provide a replacement. Contractually they are required to provide the replacement yet they dont seem to care. This location is a joke and so is there staff. We service 4 states and this is the most incompetent branch of workers. Do your self a favor and rent anything else any where else if you can.
