  Antonio and moving partner called the day of move to confirm move time and when our plans had changed a bit they accommodated and said they could arrive earlier. Movers were both professional and courteous of belongings. Completed move earlier than expected even with being on the 3rd floor. Would recommend 10/10!!

  Extremely Disappointing Moving Experience with Pink Zebra Moving I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Pink Zebra Moving was incredibly disappointing and stressful from start to finish. Several pieces of furniture were damaged during the move. My leather loveseat sustained a hole in the upholstery. While a repair was later attempted, the cosmetic appearance is unacceptable and looks significantly worse than expected. In addition, a matching chair was also damaged with a hole and was never repaired at all. Multiple dressers were damaged and repaired with wood glue after I waited more than a week for service. Although repairs were made, the furniture remains visibly damaged and does not resemble its original condition. I am still very dissatisfied with the appearance and quality of the repairs. My desk was also damaged. The moving crew claimed they did not break the center wood piece, yet a chipped piece of wood was found lying next to the desk after delivery. It is difficult to understand how that damage occurred if it was not during the move. A television was damaged and now has a line running down the middle of the screen. I received only a minimal accommodation despite the TV being permanently damaged. The movers also left marks on my office ceiling, and a heat press mat is missing altogether. Another major issue was the inconsistency regarding services that were promised. Prior to the move, I was told that furniture would be assembled and mounted televisions would be taken down and reinstalled. However, both at pickup and delivery, I was informed that these services would not be provided. Perhaps the most frustrating part of this experience has been the lack of communication. I reached out to Troy, my point of contact, multiple times regarding the damaged couches and unresolved concerns. Unfortunately, I received little to no response regarding a resolution or fair accommodation. Overall, this move resulted in damaged furniture, damaged electronics, missing items, property damage, unfulfilled promises, poor communication, and inadequate compensation. What should have been an exciting transition became an extremely frustrating experience. I am still requesting that Pink Zebra Moving provide reasonable accommodations for the damage to my loveseat and chair and address the remaining unresolved issues. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this company.
