  CTA needs more drivers. This Friday waited 45 minutes canceled call back.hour later dispatcher said many drivers on runs outside Cape had returned. Dispatchers are friendly one in lady in particular recognizes me informs if AAA is available. Majority drivers helpful loading/unloading my groceries. They are courteous, respectful safe drivers. It's those long waiting periods. Usually expect 30 minutes but any more is frustrating.

  If you call CTA as a young man, expect them to roll by close to your retirement.

  Their phone line is difficult to get through; sometimes you reach nobody before you're disconnected. Other times you just get that horrible blaring noise that means nobody is available. Really unprofessional

  Had to pay twice to get to work, already paid to ride the bus to P&G, had to call them to get to the bus at Osage Center, they made me miss my bus, so I had to pay them to go all the way to P&G. I heard that the dispatch guy was sleeping. I was calling from 5-5:30am with no answer. When he finally answered, they were too late and the bus I already paid to ride had left the Osage Center. This has happened twice. You're at their mercy, when they know you have no other way to get to work.

  One total witch has ruined this business for countless elderly and handicapped, not dispatching drivers to people she doesn't like. BAD BUSINESS
