  Dumbest state funded company ever… literally is only afloat cause of the state , they have 20 vehicles and only sends out one driver to pick up 20 people and makes everyone late to work! I get your hourly workers but don’t take it out on the people who feed you.

  Wait times are ridiculous. I called for a ride from work and the wait time was 2 hours. Another time I took nearly the same time. If you can afford it a lyft would be way less stressful

  They should allow someone to pay over the phone or at the destination. I understand but usually if you call a cab youre in need of help one way or another.

  Driver arrived too late to take me to apt - w/o acknowledging that, said she'd be getting me to apt@ 4pm... 2 hours LATE! No apology from the rude driver OR the dispatcher who l had her call.Told she need to take me now to apt ( a little late would have worked) l was denied that. No calls back from main office to my phone messages either. They REALLY deserve minus 5 stars.

  I use them often and have only had a really rude driver once the rest have been awesome. I have had some situations that caused me to be late but they are few and far between. It's a little crazy to me that it cost $11 for me to go 6.2 miles to see my best friend but because they crossed Jackson to Cape it goes from $6 to $11 but it's only 6.2 mi away I don't understand that one but other than that really no complaints.
