  Highly recommend Goodfellas Moving Company for a local move! From the quote with Ashley through the final move with the 4-person crew (Corey, Antonio, Logan, & J.D.) I had excellent customer service. They communicated everything ahead of time, handled all of our items with care, and are an all around great group of hard working individuals.   I wholeheartedly recommend Good Fellows Moving Company! This was the second time I've used them, and once again they exceeded my expectations. Jaylen and Joc were outstanding—careful, professional, efficient, and respectful of my belongings from start to finish. They worked hard while taking great care with everything they moved. One tip for anyone planning a move: if you're well prepared before the movers arrive and are honest about the number of boxes and items you need moved, you can save yourself some money. The estimate was accurate because I took the time to provide a realistic inventory, and that made the entire process go smoothly.   I can't say enough how much we appreciate Goodfella's Moving. The previous day we used a different company and ended up with a ton of boxes, bins and miscellaneous items left. Gina was able to get us a crew the SAME day I called. That crew was Jake and Will. I underestimated how much stuff was still left and there should have been 3 people to move. Jake and Will were so professional, accommodating and hardworking. They did an excellent job for us. I will recommend Goodfella's Moving to anybody and everybody I know! THANK YOU for making that stressful situation so much easier for us.

  This was my first time using this company. A couple things that were yellow to red flags. First I was told the breakdown of my costs. I was highly surprised that a travel fee was the same amount as the hourly fee. Then I was told I had to pay for a processing fee if I wanted to use my debit card. Kinda weird when most moving companies eat that cost. I made sure to ask headquarters will the movers put my bed together and she stated yes that is included in the move. Fast forward to the day of moving. The movers arrived at 9:00 but didn’t start unit 9:03 which was fine. I then saw some of the movers stop and help another individual which usually I don’t mind but since I’m paying for the time I was kind of irritated. There were a few times during the move where I felt like some of the movers were just playing around. Then when it came to putting my bed together Corey the lead mover asked me if they moved me before and I stated no. He literally told me that we usually don’t put stuff together unless we move you beforehand. Like what??? Yall charge all this money and try to use that excuse. I told him I already confirmed with the office and they told me that it is included in the move. Then on top of that they damaged my bed frame and didn’t even tell me. The fact that I was asked if I wanted to leave a tip. 🤣 like be for real. Take the tip out of the overcharged travel fee.
