  Jacob G and Tommy G were absolutely fantastic when they were moving my stuff to the storage facility. They were considerate and respectful of my belongings. It was amazing just to watch them move everything. I would highly recommend BEK and Jacob G and Tommy G. They are outstanding.

  Lovely experience w/ Bek Moving. Our movers, Jamie and Logan W, were amazing. This move specifically was for a retail business. They showed up on time, moved quickly and were such a pleasure to work with. They were so careful with both our things and the doorways/walls. Would highly recommend.

  This is a truly local firm, not just a franchise. I didn't realize how rare that is in the moving industry. They had their act together from the beginning to end. They met their time and price estimate and were polite, efficient and on time. I would use them again and highly recommend them.

  We had a great experience with BEK. They were very thorough in prep for our move including an online inventory list, in-person walk through, and quick easy communication. Caiden was our primary contact for packing and moving days, and he was great - professional, clear, and consistent communication. All of our movers, Mason, Raif, Tommy, and Logan, were awesome. They all moved with impressive speed! All of them were thoughtful and flexible, ensuring all of our items were unloaded in the proper location. Everyone throughout the experience was kind, professional, and exceeded our expectations. Would highly recommend using them for your next move!

  This was our fifth move with BEK, and until now, we had been very satisfied with the company. I want to emphasize that all seven movers were professional, respectful, and hardworking. They took excellent care of both homes and our belongings. This review concerns the accuracy of the estimate and management’s communication regarding the final cost, not the crew’s performance. BEK’s estimates had been somewhat low on our previous moves, so we understood that the final cost could be higher. For this move, however, three BEK employees personally walked through our home, opened cabinets and closets, and assessed what needed to be packed and moved. We agreed that BEK would pack the kitchen, bathrooms, TVs, and wall art. The day before the move, BEK added another mover. We understood that the additional labor would likely be offset by completing the work more quickly, and Addison agreed with that assessment when we discussed it. Halfway through moving day, we were informed that there was not enough room on the truck and that the move would require another trip, an additional truck, or a second day. We initially accepted this, assuming the move would remain reasonably close to the estimate. Instead, the additional time, truck, and labor resulted in a final bill approximately twice the quoted amount. We understand that an estimate is not a guaranteed price, particularly when a company has not inspected the job. In this case, however, three BEK employees personally assessed the home before preparing the estimate. We were not provided with a clear explanation for why the move required approximately twice the anticipated time and truck capacity, resulting in a final cost roughly double the estimate. The explanation we received was, “That is why it’s an estimate.” Communication during the issue was also a concern. With seven employees present and the truck waiting for authorization to proceed and unload, Blake, the owner, had Addison contact us rather than speaking with us directly. We ultimately signed and paid the full amount because we did not want the crew delayed while the situation was being resolved. We understand that labor, overtime, and operating costs can affect the final price. However, when a company conducts an in-person assessment, a substantial discrepancy between the estimate and final bill should be clearly explained and addressed with the customer. The moving crew performed exceptionally well and deserves recognition for its professionalism and care. Our concerns are limited to the estimate, the resulting final bill, and management’s communication regarding the discrepancy. We would be willing to speak directly with an owner who would like to discuss our experience.
