- KFKevin FernandezMay 6, 20265.0Heading into a six year, 17 building renovation and addition project, was a daunting puzzle into uncharted territory with many challenges. One very steady, dependable, consistent and professional piece of this puzzle was Bester Brothers; there wasn't a task that was too large (or too small) that they wouldn't couldn't, or didn't help us navigate. The crews conducted themselves with a respectable degree of professionalism, always maintaining a clean and neat appearance, pleasant language and got along as solid team, no matter how hot or cold and rainy the conditions. Attitude is, in deed, everything and we threw plenty of opportunities to challenge that, but Bester simply approached them with a commitment to doing any job to completion. A deadline was never missed; in fact, their willingness to go above and beyond the "schedule" was project saving. Communication and pre-planning is always a base for any major project, and it was never difficult receiving a return email or text when needed, or a reminder and check-in call to keep things "moving". The best way to describe the experience with Bester Brothers: "they've got it, don't worry"! You just knew it would get done and you could stand behind what they did. Nothing was broken or lost! Never heard "NO". And they are just easy to speak with, even on a personal level.
