  Very happy with my move. Prompt attention from the office when you contact them. The moving crew was punctual and professional, yet still light-hearted and fun. Made moving that much less stressful.

  They were great and very friendly movers that helped my parents with a recent large move. However, we did lose 3 boxes in the move that could not be found including brand new items. They were helpful to try and resolve, but ultimately never found the 3 boxes - could have been lost or stolen so just FYI.

  I hired to moved from MN to another state. They changed the delivery date 3 times and then showed up a different date, when I was not expecting them. Due to this, I wasn't able to go through and make sure all of my valuables were out away. Unfortunately, my wedding ring was stolen off of my bathroom counter by one of the movers. I received notification help from the company except for file a police report, which I did, but all of the movers had left prior to the police arrival. Definitely would not recommend.

  Ace was very easy to schedule and get an accurate estimate of costs. There were no surprises on cost or anything for that matter. They handled our stuff gently and were very easy to talk to and understanding of our needs. Any questions I had were answered promptly. I'd definitely recommend.

  This was my first time hiring a professional moving company, and I was very impressed by the work done by the team at Ace Moving and Warehousing. Mikayla communicated well and answered all the questions I had before the move. On moving day, they let me know when they were 15 minutes out and arrived within the scheduled window. The team worked well together and were friendly and upbeat. They worked quickly but carefully. Nate in particular was really great. When I told him my new house had just been painted, he reassured me that they would be extra careful not to damage the new paint. They completed the move faster than the estimated time. When one item was damaged in the move, it was easy to submit a claim and they responded quickly with an offer to reimburse me for the cost of the damaged item. All in all, it was a very good experience and I would hire them again for a future move.
