  Dwayne and Steve's Team is the absolute best. They have helped us on 2 moves now between offices and I couldn't ask for a better group of guys moving us. They are on time, move fast and have a set plan of action.

  Dwayne's crew was AMAZING!! Not only did the do a great job, but there was an object that we did not think would be able to be moved/handled and they made it look easy! Highly recommend!!

  We recently used this company for our move from Crystal to Woodbury. While the packing and unpacking itself went smoothly, we did experience a few issues that are worth noting. The drive between the two homes is about 31 miles and typically takes around 30 minutes. I left at the same time as the moving trucks and arrived within that timeframe, but the crew did not arrive for more than 90 minutes. They attributed the delay to traffic, though we drove the same route and did not encounter anything that would explain the additional hour. We also noticed some cleanliness concerns. The crew used the bathrooms at both homes, which is completely understandable, but when we returned to clean our former home, we found a toilet left plugged. At the new home, there was urine on the floor in two bathrooms. We understand that accidents happen, but we would have appreciated if the crew had cleaned up after themselves. Overall, the move was completed, but these issues affected our experience and are worth considering for anyone planning to hire this company.

  Dwayne’s crew(Dwayne, Steve and Spencer) at ACE Moving absolutely crushed it. They were outstanding from start to finish. They packed and loaded over 7,000 pounds in just seven hours without cutting corners, damaging items, or slowing down. These guys worked hard the entire day and stayed professional, organized, and efficient through the whole move. They handled furniture and fragile items carefully, communicated well, and clearly knew what they were doing. You can tell when a moving crew is just trying to get through the day versus when they take pride in their work. If you’re looking for a moving company that works fast, treats your belongings with respect, and earns every dollar, I’d strongly recommend ACE Moving and specifically Dwayne’s crew.

  Great customer service with setting up the move, estimate of cost, and allowing me to pick up boxes ahead of time and again with returning boxes after the move. The moving crew was on time, courteous, clean and careful, and efficient. I would highly recommend ACE Moving.
