  Action Moving was an excellent choice for our move from MN to WI. From the quote process to the move itself, everything was perfect. The moving crew were efficient, courteous and professional. The time given for was exactly as quoted. We highly recommend Action Moving Services for any move you need assistance with.

  Recently had Action Moving help us with a move. They were great with communication throughout the whole process, on time and efficient. Crew of 4 - Jason, Jeb, Cory, Owen got everything moved where it needed to be and finished in the exact time they estimated

  The packing experience was fine, credit where credit is due. The coordination for the packing was sub par and the company blamed me for poor communication despite switching from decent email communication to them making a single (unanswered) call and then proceeding to show up unannounced. It seems the movers themselves and the company lack good communication and coordination. Customer service was apathetic and a bit condescending. I will actively seek a different company in the future and recommend the same for others. Update: the company lied to me on the phone saying they didn’t have alternative contact information for me. Emails show that is not true. Deeply disappointing blame is shifted to the customer. Update 2: Action: I emailed your team providing contact information to coordinate the packout and clearly articulating email or the other numbers were to be used. True it was sent over the holiday weekend, yet when you replied on Tuesday about the survey your clearly had the contact info at that time. Why not use it? Also, you never confirmed the packout date and received confirmation from us so we could prep for you. Why would the customer call to confirm a pickup time when a date hadn’t even been set? I acknowledge this could have been done better, of course. But to be told this was entirely my fault on the phone was simply rude. I asked for an apology and got a lecture. The Action team was disorganized and clearly didn’t communicate internally or read emails sent to them to make things simpler.

  Worst move ever. Of all the items moved, very few were nice living room and bedroom furniture but every item was scratched most in multiple places. They didn't wrap anything and from the looks of it didn't even use blankets. What a mess. We were devastated when we finally noticed what happened. They sent their expert out who said most of those scratches were already there and the movers didn't do those. Their expert was wrong because we bought all that furniture new and it had never been scratched before. Their expert saying it doesn't make it so. They sent us a small check that was another insult that we gave to the poor. Now we have to pay over $2000 to get it all repaired. They try to minimize it but it was horrible!
