First appointment was (allegedly ) scheduled as a virtual , which I would never agree to and didn’t when the 3rd party app to use to do so came through. Settled for a quick voice consult and scheduled an in-person with Tim for the following week. A mere hours before appointment a text was received asking if I had the weight from another company and my estimate could be given that way. When I replied the other companies quoted not using weight I asked how would he like to proceed ( it was giving “I don’t want to come out “ vibes). He said he would but mentioned he was running a little late . Not the type of service I want to receive so I canceled the possibility and went with another company that was VERY impressive .

Until Palmer we had some pretty horrible experiences. We are so grateful to Carlos, Stacey and the entire Palmer team for their fantastic customer service, professionalism, and timely communication regarding our recent move from Austin, TX to Detroit, MI. We received a timely initial assessment of the items in our 2-bedroom home. Stacey was patient and thorough during every conversation. The movers arrived on time at pick up and drop off. Our furniture and boxes arrived in Michigan in great condition. Moving forward, we will recommend Palmer to all of our friends and colleagues relocating to Michigan!
