they were useless. I had a severe head injury that required surgery. call your doctor. call your insurance company. they could not have cared less.no problem. I took a reliable star bus. best 75 cents i ever spent. Holt. never again. hey Holt I just just read a critical post from a patient with a disabled baby.you sumerized sarcastically to the patient "have a day you deserve" all I can say to you is "have a day you deserve" exactly. you are supposed to be the "expert" as I said you are useless. you say you would love to hear more about what happened? you want me to do your job for you? forget it.i will not dignified your vitriol with a response. leave me alone.

Over the last 2.5 years of using Holt occasionally for insurance transportation, Holt has "no showed" several times for specialty appointments for my son. He is disabled and needs to be seen in Ann Arbor. No shows are unacceptable and those appointments are not easy to get, but most importantly, it creates medical neglect on the patient. Which is unacceptable and unsafe.
Today 7-1-26 I received a rude driver. I returned her call upon her arrival with in a minute of missing her call. I informed her it's going to be a minute because I have to get all the medical equipment and wheelchair out there (by myself) and she said that's fine. Once I finally get the baby out there, she still has her attitude and tells me I violated her "boundaries" for time. But she was ok with it over the phone? OK. Then I asked for the second passenger seat to be lowered so I may sit next to my tracheostomy child. She rudely tells me that can't happen because the seat doesn't go down. Well I we cannot ride with you then because I have to sit next to him in a vehicle. Again with her attitude tells me to stop yelling, at this point I'm still talking in a regular voice (which is loud unfortunately). Still insisting that I'm yelling, I unpack our things and tell her to just stop talking to me. Get my son and came inside .
.
#3- respect goes both ways
#2- if it was such a problem with some few minutes, she could have left instead of giving her attitude the entire transaction
#1- putting a patient in an unsafe situation by not allowing me direct access to him by allowing me to sit next to him; but was informed upon scheduling transportation about this necessity.
10/10 WE DON'T RECOMMEND THEM.

Kevin was my 2nd driver today. He has driven me quite a few times before. He is always friendly, kind and seems to have a big ❤️. Very easy to talk too.
What types of medical transportation services do you provide?
We specialize in three primary types of transport:
Wheelchair Transport: Our vehicles are fully equipped to safely accommodate wheelchairs, providing secure and comfortable travel for patients.
Ambulatory Transport: If you or a loved one can walk but need assistance getting to a medical appointment, our ambulatory rides ensure safe, timely travel.
Stretcher Alternatives: For patients requiring stretchers, we offer efficient, professional transport solutions without relying on inefficient patient transfers.
Are your vehicles wheelchair accessible?
Yes! Every vehicle in our fleet is wheelchair accessible and outfitted with the proper securement systems. Our trained drivers assist with boarding, travel, and disembarking to ensure safety and comfort throughout the ride.
Do you provide services for hospitals, urgent care, or hospice providers?
Absolutely. We work with hospitals, urgent care facilities, and hospice organizations throughout Saginaw, Grand Blanc, Flint, MI, and surrounding areas. What does “Stretcher Alternative” mean?
“Stretcher Alternative” refers to non-emergency medical transportation services designed for individuals who need to be transported in a supine/lying position (on a stretcher or gurney) rather than sitting upright. It’s used when someone cannot safely travel seated due to medical condition, injury, post-surgery, or mobility limitations.
Unlike standard ride or wheelchair transport, stretcher alternative services use specialized vehicles and equipment so the patient remains secure and comfortable while lying down.
How can Stretcher Alternative transport be beneficial?
Stretcher alternative transport provides multiple advantages:
Safety & comfort — It supports patients who cannot sit upright without risking pain or further injury. The vehicle is equipped for safe loading/unloading and securement of the stretcher.
Preserves dignity & reduces strain — Avoids forcing patients into positions that cause discomfort or require physical strain to transfer.
Better continuity of care — Helps with transfers between facilities, home-to-hospital trips, long-distance non-emergency trips where seated travel is not possible.
Relieves burden on EMS/Ambulance services — For patients who don’t require emergency ambulance services, stretcher alternative transport offers a safer and more appropriate solution so ambulances can focus on emergencies.
