  I wanted to take a moment to share just how incredible my recent moving experience was with Zack Holtz and his crew. From the moment they arrived on time for both pick-up and delivery, their professionalism and care really stood out. Every single member of the team was respectful and attentive, and they managed to pack absolutely everything, making the entire process smooth and stress free. I have to admit, I was pretty anxious leading up to the move, but after watching them work for just 30 minutes, I realized my worries were completely unnecessary. The field crew truly went above and beyond, making the move feel effortless. On the internal side, working with Bonnie Butler and her team was just as impressive. Communication was clear and consistent, scheduling was a breeze, and it was obvious that they genuinely cared about me and all my belongings. Moving to a new home in a new city, especially with an eight-month pregnant wife, was not exactly what I had expected this year, but thanks to this amazing team, the transition couldn't have been handled better. I am beyond satisfied and will absolutely recommend them to anyone planning a big move. A huge thank you to everyone involved for turning what could have been a stressful situation into a truly positive experience.

  Our move from Illinois to Texas was an outstanding experience from start to finish. Christina, our move coordinator, and Greg, our driver and crew director, made a complex relocation feel remarkably smooth. Christina's communication and organization kept everything moving forward, while Greg and his crew were professional, efficient, and attentive to every detail. They completed the packing faster than expected without compromising the care they gave our belongings. As with any major move, a few challenges popped up along the way, but Christina and Greg handled them quickly and confidently, keeping everything on schedule and eliminating unnecessary stress. Their teamwork, professionalism, and customer focus gave us complete confidence throughout the process. We truly appreciated the dedication they brought to the experience and would highly recommend them to anyone planning a move. Thank you for helping make our relocation positive and worry-free.

  Nathan and his team did an excellent job moving us from Houston. I highly recommend Powell, and if you can pick your driver ask for Nathan. I’ve had multiple work relocations over the years, and this was my best experience so far!
