The next available appointment wasn’t until the following Monday. Very disappointing experience and poor communication. I would not recommend.

We had to complete our move within two days, and both Dana March (Customer Service Coordinator) and Tim See (Salesperson) were able to accommodate our tight schedule. The movers arrived well within the stated time frame, and they (Keith and Rick) were polite, friendly, efficient, careful, and helpful. We've moved many times, and Keith and Rick (48 years on the job) were the most intelligent and experienced movers we have had the pleasure to work with. They packed and loaded the contents of my mother's three-room apartment at Glacier Hills in just under 3 hours. Things could not have gone better. Many thanks!
