Booking a car service with them is very seamless; you just have to make sure to do in advance as they get fully booked quickly. On the day of our booking, we unexpectedly had to make a detour to an urgent care due to an emergency. Despite being fully booked for the rest of the day, Johnny was incredibly gracious and accommodating with our unexpected request for which we’re truly grateful for. The entire ride also felt like a mini private tour. Johnny was incredibly knowledgeable and would share fun facts along the way, which made the experience even more enjoyable. 😁 I would definitely, 100% recommend using ABC Taxi!

I called several taxi and car services based around Ellsworth and Bar Harbor, and ABC Taxi ended up being the best choice — less expensive and extremely reliable. Johnny was my driver and was excellent. He arrived about 10 minutes early, the ride was smooth and comfortable, and he was genuinely a pleasure to talk with. If you’re looking for transportation between Blue Hill and Bangor Airport, I would highly recommend calling ABC Taxi directly and reserving your pickup in advance. Based on my experience, this is a much better and more reliable option than relying on Uber/Lyft or some of the more expensive coastal car services. Great experience all around.
