Everything was seamless from scheduling to pick up from our home to getting us to the port to picking us up from the port and returning us safely home. The vehicles are comfortable, spacious and clean!! Our driver (and company owner), Mr. Hopson, was responsive and very professional. I intend to use BWI Concierge for future needs and highly recommend the company to anyone who needs to travel in the DMV but wants to do so in comfort and with a company that’s easy to do business with!!
