  Super friendly and easily moved the piano with ease and skill. Was late for arrival but we so appreciated the professionalism and skill that we could deal with the lateness. They stuck to the flat fee in quote and no issues with damaging the piano. The day before we used Task Rabbit Delivery for a large piece of furniture. It was a night and day experience from moving our valued piano with Johnson Piano Moving. We are in awe of the stressfree, quality move with Johnson Piano Moving. Thank you!!

  I had an excellent experience with Johnson’s Piano Moving. They moved my piano to my office, and the entire process was handled professionally and with great care. The crew was punctual, efficient, courteous, and clearly experienced in handling pianos. They took great care of the instrument throughout the move and made sure everything was placed exactly where I wanted it. The whole process was smooth and stress-free. I really appreciated their professionalism and attention to detail. I would absolutely recommend Johnson’s Piano Moving to anyone looking for a reliable and experienced piano moving company. Five stars!

  We hired Johnson Piano Moving to transport our upright piano from CT to MD, and the entire experience was excellent. From the start, coordination was professional, efficient, and clearly focused on getting us the best possible deal — pricing was outstanding for such a long-distance move. The moving crew was polite and handled the piano with care; it arrived in great condition. We did hit a small snag when the delivery window slipped because a prior job ran long, but the team communicated well and kept us informed, which we really appreciated. Overall, a smooth, professional experience from booking to delivery. Highly recommend Johnson Piano Moving for anyone needing a piano moved, especially long-distance!

  The service was disappointed. I went with Johnson piano moving because of the Google review of 4.9. Pro: service was easy to schedule. Someone answered the phone immediately. Cons: 1) not on time. I was given time for 2 pm , then they said late until 3:30 pm. But didn’t show up until 4:15pm. 2) did not wrap the piano during moving in and out of the 2 places which I found 2-3 scratches on the side on the piano :( which luckily it’s on the wall side. So it’s not a daily eyes sore. They only wrapped the piano with blue blanket when the piano got in the moving truck. But one would think the most important part is padding in and out of the door. 3) worse than that while transferring the piano from truck to the house, they drop the front panel of the piano to the ground. Luckily it did not break in half. One would think they move piano all the time and know which pierce can come lose and would secure those part before flipping , rotating the piano to get thru the door. As they get the job done and the ease of scheduling, I give them a 2 star.
