  Edited review… While the movers were professional & pleasant, the moving project was supposed to start @ the 1pm-2pm window. The movers were running late & got there @4:30pm. The project was supposed to be for 5hours but they got done in 3 hours & 30 minutes which was great. However, we needed to be done by 6pm ( that’s the reason we booked for the 1-2pm time slot) but the movers were done closer to 8pm which ended up being extremely inconvenient for us. I ordered a 20ft truck & wasn’t able to utilize all of the space due to the movers having moving equipment that took up space. I didn’t realize the movers left a full size box spring & a trundle piece out of the truck. My husband and I will have to move those two pieces of furniture ourselves. My husband had to become the 3rd mover at the storage with helping to rearrange the items efficiently to ensure there was enough room. There should’ve been an adjustment offered to the price for being over 2 hours late & also because the 20ft truck couldn’t fit all of our furniture due to the extra moving equipment in the truck. (My husband and I didn’t need any moving equipment. We made the moving project very clear & easy for the movers.) If you’re thinking about booking this mover ask the questions about tardiness & the moving equipment in the truck. To sum it up, the price was very reasonable compared to other movers (I got a total of 6 quotes & there website made it very easy to book), the movers were professional & they got the job done in 1.5 hours less than what was on my invoice. Just be mindful of the “cons” I mentioned above.

  Easy scheduling and good communication. The two movers we had showed up ready to move and took care in packing and unpacking the items and worked very efficiently. Would definitely recommend!

  Prince and his moving team were excellent! I booked with them on short notice through task rabbit and he was prompt with his response and incredibly competitive with his pricing estimate. The moving team called the day of and provided an arrival ETA; arriving early, and they got straight to work! They came equipped with dolly’s and carts in addition to wrapping plastic and blankets to cushion and secure my items in their truck. My belongings were protected during transit and arrived in great condition. Unpacking was a breeze and even faster than the packing up process. They placed all my items exactly where I requested in my new space and assisted with reassembling furniture pieces. I definitely recommend Prince for your apartment moves in the DC/DMV area if you want a seamless and economical option!
